Note from Brad: If I weren’t an ethnographer I might craft furniture. But for now I’m busy helping clients help consumers and this is my workshop. It’s where I experiment, honestly. I really mean honestly. You will see good stuff and bad and hopefully occasionally something great. Unlike politicians, I’m comfortable with you knowing I make mistakes. Yes, I’m human.
